The TRACE MODE Double Force Loggers (Global and Corporate) are designed for use in high-reliability and fail-safe process control, MES, EAM systems based on the TRACE MODE 6 and others applications.
Due to the built-in hot standby feature the Double Force version provides additional reliability of data storage. The product includes two TRACE MODE® 6 conventional loggers with automatic hot standby system.
The TRACE MODE Logger with built-in redundancy system provides the same features as the standard loggers, besides it allows to make the process control, MES, EAM systems more reliable and fail-safe in operation. The following additional features are available:
- automatic synchronization of real time data between the master and redundant servers;
- automatic switching-over of the data flows to the hot standby TRACE MODE 6 logger in case of failure of the master server;
- automatic determination of server status as "master" or "hot standby" at system startup and automatic solution of status conflicts upon recovery of the master logger after failure;
- logging of all failures and switchings to hot standby servers;
- synchronization of SIAD/SQL™ 6 real time DBMS logs, after master logger recovery;
In case of one logger failure, the data continue accumulating in the hot standby SIAD/SQL™ 6 database.
The SIAD/SQL™ 6 industrial real time DBMS ensures the process data storage with maximum speed of 1.000.000 changes of analogue parameters per second and with 1 ms accuracy.
An even more reliable method is triple redundancy. Automatic hot triple redundancy is supported in TRACE MODE Tri Force Loggers.
License policy: TRACE MODE Double Force Loggers is licensed for 2 PCs. The versions for 64000 or 1.000.000.000 channels are available.
