Standard Technical Support. AdAstrA Research Group, Ltd provides technical support in English for all registered users of TRACE MODE and T-Factory commercial versions. The cost of the standard technical support is already included in the software license price, therefore no extra payment is required for the support - just register your license by one of the methods offered.
The standard technical support service includes the following options:
- hotline support – qualified specialist assistance and answering the users’ questions;
- Access to the professional section of AdAstrA Research Group, Ltd.’s Technical Support Forum;
- free programs updates (releases);
- subscription to technical support news;
- access to the on-line control project database.
AdAstrA Research Group, Ltd support engineers replies to the questions asked by our hotline users within 16 working hours. This figure is included into the AdAstrA’s Quality management system and is strictly controlled by the TUV Cert (Germany) authorised auditors. The consultations are carried out both face-to-face and remotely. i.e. via telephone, fax, e-mail, Internet-forum.
The duration of the standard technical support for TRACE MODE and T-Factory software is determined by the license conditions and normally equals to 1 year from the moment of license purchasing. After this period, the standard technical support can be prolonged for another year by paying 10% of the license price.
