OPC Server

The TRACE MODE OPC server provides access to the real time data (channels) via standard protocols OPCDA 1.0 and 2.0.

The TRACE MODE OPC server enables any third party program application, provided with OPC client, exchange data with any TRACE MODE and T-Factory project nodes (MicroRTM, RTM, RTM+, T-Factory RTM+ ). It may be used to connect PLC run under Micro TRACE MODE to any third party SCADA/HMI software.

OPC server TRACE MODE 6The OPC server is installed on a separate froom RTM computer and may connect to TRACE MODE and T-Factory runtimes through the following physical interfaces:

  • RS 232/485;
  • dedicated modem line;
  • dial up modem line (phone number);
  • TCP/IP network;
  • GSM SMS.

One OPC server may exchange real time data simultaneously with several TRACE MODE 6 and T-Factory 6 runtimes through the following logical protocols:

  • M-Link 6 (serial port, dedicated or dialup modem line);
  • M-Link CRC 6 - noise-immune version of M-Link protocol for remote control systems;
  • I-NET (TCP/IP network).

Licensing policy: TRACE MODE 6 OPC server is licensed for 1 PC. Versions for 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192, 32000, 64000 channels are available.
